First-Time User Setup

Process Steps (click the corresponding Help icon for more info)

  1. Provide the following:
    • Your Dunkin' Brands Access Code
    • A PC# and Customer # for one of your restaurants
  2. Provide the following:
    • A Personal Email Address and Password for future logins and communications specific to the CPG Program.
    • Choose two security questions and answers for forgot password requests.
Access Code
Your Access Code is a 5 or 6 digit numeric ID that uniquely identifies you in the Dunkin' Brands Contracts system. The Enrollment Center will determine which restaurants you can enroll based on this ID.
You may have already used this ID with the DocuSign system to provide an electronic signature.

Personal Email Address and Password
Please provide a personal email address that will serve as your user name when accessing this site. Do not use a shared or group email address.
Note: this email is specific to the CPG Program
You will also specify a password that meets the following requirements:
  1. Minimum of 8 characters
  2. Must include at least one of each of the following:
    • Numbers
    • Upper Case Letters
    • Lower Case letters
PC # and Customer #
Please input the PC # and Customer # for any single restaurant you are affiliated with.

Security Questions
Please select two Security Questions and provide the corresponding answers.
These questions will be used to retrieve a forgotten password.
Please use security questions and answers that are private, memorable, and do not change over time.
